There is an innocuous prayer in this petition, inasmuch as the petitioners sought direction to respondent No.4 to take decision on the proposal dated 17th May, 2018 forwarded by the respondent No.5 to respondent No.4. We direct respondent No.4 to take decision on aforesaid proposal as expeditiously as possible, however, within four weeks from the date of this order on it's merits and in accordance with law and procedure.
