The earlier application for grant of regular bail bearing No.4149 of 2015 preferred by the applicant after filing of charge-sheet came to be dismissed as withdrawn, which fact is suppressed by the applicant in the present application.

As there are no subsequent developments after withdrawal of the application on 19th August 2015, in my opinion, it will be inappropriate to consider the same request in this application. As such, Criminal Application stands rejected.
