The Petitioners have approached this Court with the following prayers :

B) Respondent may kindly be directed to consider representation of petitioner and provide him opportunity of hearing to raise objections and suggestion with respect to Draft Development Plan issued vide Publication No.9892 dated 01/08/2024 as per S.28(4) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966, and Modification No.M-32 therein."

It is submitted by learned Advocate for the Petitioners that, they were affected by the draft development

plan, and in the final development plan, the alignment has been changed, and the Petitioners may be heard by the Respondent No.1 before finalising the draft development plan. He submits that, in view of the affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondents No.4 and 5, the Petitions may be disposed of. 3.

Learned Advocate appearing for Respondents No.4 and 5 submits that, by way of Government Notification dated 15/4/2025, the Government of Maharashtra has issued notice inviting suggestions and objections in the subject matter and the Petitioners can very well respond to the same if they wish. 4.

In view of the above and particularly in view of the reply affidavit filed by the Respondents No.4 and 5, we dispose of these Writ Petitions.
