03.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that management has forwarded a proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as a 'Shikshan Sevak' from S.T. category. The proposal was initially forwarded by post on 28.03.2018 thereafter again the letter was given by the Headmaster on 19.09.2018, subsequent reminders were also given but no decision has been taken on it. The learned counsel submits that the issue is covered by the decision of this Court at the Principal Seat at Bombay in Writ Petition No. 8587 of 2016 with connected writ petitions decided on 10.07.2017. 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner (page 20) is pending with the Education Officer then the Education Officer shall take decision upon it in accordance with law and policy

( 2 ) 72 wp 13669.18 expeditiously preferably within four months. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.

Till the time the proposal is decided no adverse action be taken against the petitioner only on the ground that approval is not yet granted. If some compliance is required to be made the management shall comply the deficiencies.
