Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposal is given to the respondent No.4 for continuation of technical breaks in services. Same is pending for more than one and half years with respondent no.4. Mr. S.B. Pulkundwar, learned counsel appears for respondent nos. 3 and 4 and submits that if such proposal is pending, then the same shall be forwarded to respondent No.2 within two months. 2.

In light of that, in case, the proposal of the petitioner for continuation of break in services is pending with respondent no.4, then respondent no.4 shall forward the same to respondent no.2 as required

under the procedure within two months. On receipt of the proposal, respondent no.2 shall decide the same preferably within three months. 3.
