Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioners are anxiously waiting for the decision over their proposals dated 10.06.2024 which are pending before the respondent No. 1/Education Officer (Secondary). 3.

The learned A. G. P. informs that in view of the Government Circular dated 03rd October, 2024, the proposal seeking approval to the transfer from unaided post/sanction to aided post should be considered by the State Government.

As the proposals are pending before the respondent No. 1 since last six months, ends of the justice would be met in directing the respondent No. 1 / Education Officer (Secondary) to forward the proposals forthwith for consideration on merits to the State Government or appropriate authority as per Circular dated 03rd October, 2024.
