The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.0461/2015 registered at City Chowk Police Station, Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409 and 477-A of Indian Penal Code.

Perused the investigation papers and contents of the F.I.R. 4.

The applicant, who is a public servant has already deposited the amount. Hence, the ad interim protection ordered on 23rd December 2016 is hereby confirmed.

In the event of arrest in Crime No.0461/2015, registered at City Chowk Police Station, Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409 and 477-A of Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on interim bail, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the investigating officer, as and when called for.
