This Petition can be conveniently disposed of by giving directions to Respondent No.3 to decide the application filed under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act in respect of petitioners' land bearing Gat No.26 admeasuring 78 R and Gat No.27 admeasuring 1 H 99 R situated at village Mangrul, Tq. Partur, Dist. Jalna.
