We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner for quite some time.

The learned Advocate requests that prayer clause ' D' may be considered.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the observation that Respondent No.2 would progress with the proceedings pending before him in the light of the precept sent by the Joint Civil khs/Dec.2023/14770

- 2 - Judge, Jr.Division, Kaij dated 16.12.2019 in Reg.Dkt.No.19/2005 and conclude the proceedings preferably within a period of 24 months from today. We expect all the litigating parties / stake holders to render cooperation to the concerned Authority. 4.
