We have heard Mr. Bolkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Sonawane, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and on telephonic instructions of the Executive Engineer submits that, the impugned order of revoking the registration is passed without notice to the petitioner. The petitioner would be issued with the show cause notice giving opportunity to file its say and thereafter, fresh decision would be taken by the authority.

In view of the said statement, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication.

In the light of the aforesaid statement made, the impugned order would not have any efficacy. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
