Heard the learned counsels and learned AGP for the respective parties.

The respondents have opposed the application for condonation of delay. They have submitted that the reasons assigned for the delay are not plausible. Hence, civil application may be rejected.

Perused the application. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay deserves to be condoned. Hence, the following order :

(i) Civil application for delay is allowed.

(ii) Delay caused in bringing the legal heirs of applicant No.8 is condoned.

(iii) The application to bring the legal heirs on record is allowed. The legal heirs be brought on record within four (4) weeks from today by carrying out the necessary amendment.

(iv) Stand over to 08.03.2024.
