It is not in dispute that other three proceedings are already pending in the Court at Ahmednagar.

It is then to be noted that learned

In view of above, present matter be also tagged with other matters which are pending at Ahmednagar and place before Lok Adalat for settlement as prayed.

Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

The concerned Court shall ensure the transfer of record to the Court at Ahmednagar within time stipulated above.

Learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to furnish copy of the order to both the Courts i.e. Court at Ahmednagar and Court at Parli Vaijinath.
