s of the deceased appellant No.1 who is stated to be died in the year 1998.

Since even the appellant No.2 is one of the LR' s of the appellant No.1, there would not be a case of any abatement of the Appeal. 4.

The Application is allowed as prayed for. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks. List the Second Appeal for final hearing on 11.03.2022.
