By the order impugned the District Superintendent of Land Records, Nanded has not only condoned the delay in preferring appeal challenging the mutation entry, the appeal is fnally allowed by remitting the matter to the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records. 2.

The order impugned is appealable under the provisions of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

With liberty to the petitioners to prefer statutory appeal, the petition is disposed of.
