The parties have settled the matter inter-se. The informant has placed on record his affidavit. Since the victim has no grievance against the applicants, the order dated. 28.12.2022, granting interim protection to the applicants herein is hereby made absolute on following conditions :

(i) The applicant shall appear before the investigating officer, as and when required for the investigating purpose. (ii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
