By way of present writ petition, the petitioner challenges the order passed by the respondent No. 1 - Returning Officer in respect of acceptance of nomination from respondent No. 2. 3.

Election process has been commenced. Election symbols have been allotted. Tomorrow is the date of voting. Considering all this, this Court in writ jurisdiction would not consider for interfering in the election process. The petitioner is at liberty to take recourse as available in law. 4.
