The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is selected through Maharashtra Public Service Commission from the reserved category and has to submit the validity certificate. The validation proceeding is pending with the Committee since 27th May, 2019 after correcting the tribe certificate. The learned counsel further submits that, the respondent No. 2/Committee may be directed to decide the proceeding expeditiously.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Considering the exigency in the matter, the respondent No. 2/Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding

2 wp 14277.19 within a period of two (02) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 03rd December, 2019.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
