This application is filed by appellant insurance company for condonation of delay of 60 days on the ground that certain time was required for obtaining necessary approval from the Head Office of the insurance company before filing the appeal. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent original claimants opposed this application on the ground that no cause has been assigned by the applicant for condonation of delay.

In the present matter, there is delay of only 60 days in filing appeal. Delay is reasonably explained, as time was required for obtaining necessary sanction or approval from the head office of the insurance company.

Civil Application is allowed. Delay of 60 days is condoned. First Appeal Stamp No.38223 of 2017 be registered. After registration of the appeal, issue notice to the respondents. Learned counsel Mr.D.R.Markad waives service of notice for respondent nos. 1 to 5.
