By the present applications, the applicants prayed for permission to serve notice to the non-applicant in Criminal Application Nos. 4271 of 2019 and 535 of 2020 by paper publication, i.e. by publishing notice in daily newspaper 'Punyanagari' Aurangabad Edition, having large circulation in Paithan Taluka. Permission granted. Notice is made returnable on 21.01.2025. 2.

The applicants shall bear the required publication charges and shall furnish copy of the newspaper in which the notice is published.
