IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION NO.262 OF 2018 Apurva w/o Onkar Joshi Applicant

Versus

Onkar s/o Ravindra Joshi Respondent Mrs.S.S.Kulkarni, advocate for the Applicant. Mr.R.G.Joshi, advocate for the Respondent.

CORAM : ROHIT B.DEO, J.

DATE : 08/01/2020 PER COURT :

At the oral request of the learned Counsel for the applicant, leave to correct the typographical error in the cause title, is granted. The occupation of the applicant, which is shown as "Service", be corrected as "Household".

This application is taken out for transfer of HMP No.237 of 2018, instituted by the Respondent-husband before the Family Court, Pune to Family Court, Aurangabad.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent-husband fairly states that the Respondent-husband has no objection if the

application for transfer is allowed. However, the submission is that, considering the controversy and the fact that the husband shall have to attend the proceedings at Aurangabad, the Family Court may be requested to decide the Petition expeditiously. The request is reasonable. Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). The learned Family Court is requested to decide HMP No.237 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year.
