The learned counsel for respondent submits that the main maintenance application filed by the petitioner has been disposed of. Hence, this petition has become infructuous.

The learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for petitioner, the leave granted. The criminal writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
