DATE : DECEMBER 13, 2023 ORDER :- It is a Habeas Corpus petition. Pursuant to the notice issued in the matter, the missing woman along with her four years old child was traced out. While they were at the police station, the girl child was given to the custody of the father. It might be by the mother on her on volition.

The missing woman appeared before the Court. We have interaction with her. She does not want custody of her girl child, which is, now, in the custody of her husband (father of child). The woman is major. We leave her to her discretion. She does not want to join her husband or her parents. We, therefore, let her go and decide further course of her life.
