Both these applications can be disposed of by this common order. The applicants in both these cases are accused in counter cases. The incident of rioting took place on 9.8.2015. The

The parties have settled the dispute between them and want us to believe that they do not wish to continue with the prosecution. Since the offences are not compoundable, they sought quashing of the complaint.
