The learned A.G.P. submits that two weeks extension is required to deposit the entire amount as directed by this Court. The learned counsel for the respondent-claimant has no objection to grant such extension and further extend the stay for the execution of the judgment award passed by the reference court till that time. 2.

In view of the above submissions, two weeks extension is granted as prayed for and till that time the execution of the award passed by the reference court is stayed. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
