The petitioner, who is one of the accused in Reg. Criminal Case No. 2467 of 2021 pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad, is anxious to get his application preferred under Section 451 of the Code of Criminal procedure, decided at the earliest. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, even the final arguments have been concluded in respect of the said application. 3.

The application was filed in January - 2022. The matter pertains to defreezing of the petitioner's bank account.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the learned Magistrate to decide petitioner's application Exh. 35 in Reg. Criminal Case No. 2467 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks.
