The petitioners are aggrieved by the impugned judgment and order dated 17/12/2015, by which, the appellate Court, has allowed MCA No. 91/2015, filed by the Nanded Waghala Municipal Corporation, Nanded and has set aside the order below Exhibit 5 dated 01/12/2015, granting injunction in R.C.S. No. 481/2015.

The petitioners who sell sweaters and warm clothing, moved this Court in this petition. They were granted interim protection by the learned Vacation Judge on 20/12/2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioners inform that R.C.S. No. 481/2015 has been dismissed by the Trial Court and this petition has become infructuous.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of as being infructuous.
