The case of the petitioner is that, the petitioner is seeking approval for the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak. The said proposal is pending since 02.07.2016. The same is not yet decided by the respondent authorities. 2.

The learned A. G. P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that, in case said proposal is pending, the Education Officer would decide the same on its own merits. 3.

In case proposal (Exhibit - E) is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously
