The appellant-claimant who is injured has filed this appeal for additional compensation. The appellant with his counsel and Mr. Rahul Kulkarni, Officer of Insurance Company with Company's counsel are present. Parties are identified by their respective counsels.

The appellant and respondent-Insurance Company have filed compromise memo which is marked "X" for identification. The respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs. 90,000/- with interest and cost to the appellant by depositing said amount in concerned MACT within 60 days from the date of receipt of this award/order. The appellant has agreed to the same.
