Heard the learned advocates of both the sides. 2.
The petitioners are ambulance drivers appointed on a contractual basis and are soliciting payment of wages as per the scale as has been done in several matters, a detailed order in respect of which was passed by the division bench of this Court in the matter of Navnath Bhskar Dive and another Vs. State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No. 1913/2024 and connected matters.

In light of the parties being ad idem, we dispose of these writ petitions directing the respondents to pay to the petitioners minimum pay scales at lowest grade in the regular pay scale extended to the regular employees. The payment shall be done prospectively.
