Petitioner has presented an application to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Aurangabad, praying for issuance of caste certificate certifying that he belongs to Scheduled Tribe category. The application is stated to be pending and, the petitioner is required to tender online application form for registration to JEE Main course before 31st December, 2015. 2.

Considering the urgency of the situation, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Aurangabad is directed to consider the application tendered by petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate and issue the same if, petitioner is found entitled, as expeditiously as possible, preferably before 29th December, 2015.
