Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties.

Both these petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to take decision on the applications dated 07/12/2015 filed by the petitioners in respect of non granting benefit of notification dated 15/03/2013 issued by Government of Maharashtra pursuant to Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, if already not decided, as expeditiously as possible, however within a period of three weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioners and also to the respondents.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondent

-3No.4 assures that necessary record for the purpose of deciding the applications filed by the petitioners would be made available to the Education Officer, as and when the Education Officer call for such record.

Both the writ petitions stand disposed of in above terms.
