The petitioner has filed the present writ petition as according to the petitioner though he had filed Securitisation Application the Presiding Officer was not available. The date mentioned for taking possession in the impugned notice has lapsed. The possession has not been taken because of the interim orders passed.

The respondents will have to give a fresh notice for physical possession, if they so desire. In case the same is done, the petitioner has already filed Securitisation Application and can move for interim orders before the Presiding Officer or the In-charge Presiding Officer.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
