Mr. Temak, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the efforts are made before the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (M.E.R.C.) for taking up the matter. However, M.E.R.C. has given the date as 18.12.2018.

We have heard Mr. Shelke, learned counsel for non-applicants.

It is for the applicant now to seek orders from M.E.R.C.. M.E.R.C. is seized with the matter. However, by way of an indulgence, the non-

It is made clear that no further application by this applicant in disposed of writ petition bearing No.8085 of 2016 for extension of prohibitory order would be entertained. This protection shall not affect the hearing before M.E.R.C..
