The applicant was protected by this Court on 03/08/2015 in Crime No. 41/2015 directing him to attend police station on every Sunday between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m till chargesheet is filed. 2.

Admittedly, the chargesheet is not filed. In this background, the applicant is seeking relaxation of above referred condition. In my opinion, as the investigation is going on, it will be appropriate to direct the applicant to attend Tuljapur police station, District Osmanabad, once in a month preferably on fourth Sunday, and accordingly directed.
