1] The petitioner is under trial prisoner. At present he is confined in the Central Prison, Aurangabad. He moved this petition first for direction to transfer him from Aurangabad Central Prison to Latur Central Prison pending the petition. The Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad should be directed to produce him before respective courts on each date of hearing.

crwp1631.15 2] We called for report and learnt that the Sessions cases that are pending against the petitioner are pending in Aurangabad area. Therefore, it is advisable to keep the petitioner confined in Aurangabad prison.

3] As regards his production before courts for the purpose of his trial, we may only suggest to the petitioner and his legal advisers that they should continue with the cases without insisting presence of the petitioner before the court on each and every date. If such conciliatory approach is adopted the cases against the petitioner would be over as soon as possible. We are aware and we take judicial notice of the fact that on each and every date the authorities may not be able to produce the petitioner before the court. The petitioner, therefore, cannot insist that he should be produced before the courts on every date.

4] The petition stands disposed of.
