The learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondent so also the learned A.G.P. are ad idem that the present petitioners are similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No.7473 of 2019 with connected writ petitions decided on 11th February, 2020 and also part of 153 candidates.

In light of the above and for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 11th February, 2020 in Writ Petition No. 7473 of 2019 with connected writ

The respondents shall accord the benefit of Government Resolution dated 02/05/2009 to the petitioners and implement the orders of the Divisional Commissioner dated 17/10/2017, passed in their favour for regularizing the services of the petitioners. 4.

The said exercise shall be completed within three months.

Writ Petition accordingly allowed in above terms. No costs.
