2] The injury certificate would show that there were injuries to the occipital region of one of the injured persons. In the circumstances, it cannot be said that there is no prima facie case for trying the present petitioners for the

2 19-crwp1632-15.odt offences punishable under Section 307, 333, 332, 353, 427, 143, 147, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code; Section 135 of the B.P. Act; and Section 7 of the Criminal Amendment Act.

3] In the circumstances, the impugned order passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Osmanabad, rejecting the application of present petitioner for discharge, cannot be faulted with. 4] Present Criminal Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
