Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court in respect of which contempt has been made by the petitioner, now has been complied with by the respondents. Learned AGP has also produced before the Court additional affidavit-in-reply of respondent Nos.2 and 3 contending due the compliance of the order of the Court. Learned Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the same.

At least belatedly the respondents have complied with the order and therefore this Court now does not wish to proceed further in the matter. The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
