Heard Shri. Bajaj, the learned counsel for the applicants and Shri. G.R. Syed appearing for the Respondent. The applicants in both the applications have sought withdrawal of the amount of Rs.25000/- along with interest accrued thereon deposited by the respondent in this Court. The amount has been deposited by the Respondent in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 21.09.2018. I see no difficulty in permitting the withdrawal of the amount. Hence, the following order is passed:

ORDER

(I) Both applications are allowed.

(III) Both Civil Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
