It is submitted that the award is passed by the Reference Court in the year 2001. The execution is filed in the year 2001, but as yet respondent has not paid the amount.

In case there is no other impediment, such as stay being granted by the Appellate Court, then the respondent shall make the payment to the petitioner as per the award passed by the Reference Court within six months from today.
