It is submitted that petitioner has taken objection to the list of surplus candidates. Grievance is that the same is not yet decided.

Mr. Tandale, the learned counsel submits that if the said objection is pending, it would be decided on its own merits. In view of that,we pass following order: 4.

Respondent No.3 shall take decision on the objections of the petitioner (Page 33) on its sown merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months.
