The petitioners in these writ petitions are seeking condonation of break in service. The proposals have been submitted by the institutions to the Assistant Commissioner Social Welfare, Nanded. In case the said proposals are pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
