By the present application, the applicants -

(Order) (2) C.A. No. 15233 of 2017 petitioners are praying that they may be allowed to serve notices upon respondent nos.8(i), 8(ii), 9(i) to 9(v), 10(i) to 10(iii) and 11(i) to 11(iv) by alternate mode i.e. by paper publication in dail 'Indian Express' having large circulation in Mumbai. 02.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application deserves to be allowed.

The application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Notices to the said respondents in the PIL are made returnable on 12th February 2018. Copy of the notice published in the newspaper shall be filed in the Registry at least a week before the returnable date.

The civil application stands disposed of in the above terms.
