Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Petitioner is seeking direction against respondent no.2 to decide the tribe claim pending since 2015.

Learned AGP submits that the caste claim of the petitioner may be decided before 31.03.2025.

In view thereof, we allow this petition by directing respondent no.2/scrutiny committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner by the end of 31.03.2025.
