There is an innocuous prayer in this petition, inasmuch as, petitioner sought direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representations dated 20-06-2018, 01-12-2018 and 04-12-2018 filed by the petitioner, in view of Government Resolution dated 27-02-2017 issued by the Rural Development Department, State of Maharashtra within a stipulated period.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No. 2 to decide the aforesaid appeal, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four weeks from today.
