Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed various representations dated 18-06-2018, 13-07-2018 and 23-10-2018 requesting therein to consider the prayer of petitioner to transfer and to give posting to petitioner and his wife under the head of Couple Convenience policy and also benefit of Government Resolution dated 11th July, 2000.

In that view of the matter, we direct the concerned respondent No.2 to consider the aforesaid representations and take decision as expeditiously as possible, however, within four weeks from today. 3.

With the above observations, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 4.

The parties to act upon the authenticated copy of this order. 5.
