The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that though the requisite qualifications for becoming a trained graduate teacher is B.A. and B.Ed, the advertisement at issue mentions the qualification B.A. D.Ed. According to him, therefore, the B.A. B.Ed. is equal to B.A. D.Ed.

We are unable to accept this submission for its inherent fallacies. Therefore, we are not entertaining this Petition. Moreover, the Petitioner'

s representation has been rejected and the remedy lies before the Chief Executive Officer.
