The applicants were permitted vide order passed by this Court ( Coram: S.V.Gangapurwala, J.) on 4th September, 2015, to withdraw 75 per cent amount on furnishing solvent surety / security in the like amount. In the present application, the applicants have prayed for modification of the said order to the effect that applicants be permitted to withdraw 75 per cent of the deposited amount on furnishing Bank guarantee. The request so made is accepted. The order is accordingly modified and the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75 per cent amount, as directed by this Court vide order passed by this Court on 4th September, 2015, on submitting Bank guarantee of any Nationalized Bank in the like amount. Application stands disposed of.
