The prayer in terms of Clause (B) in CA No. 12815/2023, put forth by the Sansthan, reads as under:

nble Court may kindly grant permission to implement circulatory Resolution passed by the Adhoc Committee dated 28.10.2023 passed by Ad-hoc Committee, pursuant to which the Ad-hoc Committee has permitted the applicant to security personnel from the Maharashtra State Security Corporation on experimental basis for a period of one year for a total monthly salary of approx. Rs.30,50,000/- and total annual expenditure of Rs.3.66 crores." 2.

The Maharashtra State Security Corporation is not a party to the present proceeding. What is proposed by the Resolution is that said Corporation be called upon to deploy 128 personnel of the rank of

924CA-13815-23 & 12241-23 constable for the security purposes, for a period of one year, involving an approximate expenditure around Rs.3.66 crores. 3.

After considering the submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective sides, we deem it appropriate to direct the State Government to deploy SRP constables and charge the Sansthan for deploying 128 personnel of the the rank of constable, out of which 28 shall be lady personnel, w.e.f. 11th November, 2023 till 10th January, 2024. The State Government would raise monthly bills with the Sansthan and such payment of charges would be made by the Sansthan.

In the second Civil Application, the Sansthan has prayed for purchasing three luggage scanners for security purposes, for which the E-tendering process would be complied with. We permit the Sansthan to follow the process of E-tendering in the light of Resolution No. 504 dated 25.07.2023.

With the above directions, both the Civil Applications are disposed off.
