Contention of the Petitioners is that the road which is now undertaken for widening in a project, is being converted into National Highway 548-C.

According to them, their representation dated 01.08.2023 addressed to the Respondent No.7 will have to be considered. They pray for a direction that the said Authority should respond to their representation within a time frame.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.7 deal with the said representation within 60 days. If he finds that the representation is beyond his jurisdiction, he would guide the Petitioners to make a fresh application to an Appropriate Authority to voice their grievance. [Y.G.
